Formation Description

We would like to restart this society as it has been a society that we have really enjoyed in previous years. We would like to continue previous committee’s work by providing opportunities for people to meet eachother, with social events such as games nights and movie nights that would be oriented around Bangladeshi culture. We would also be very involved with hosting fundraising and charity work; with this being a key value of the society historically as well as Bengali culture, we would want to continue to uphold our partnership with the grass roots charity MAA and potential new partnerships with charities such as Islamic Relief. We would also hold events such as the annual BSoc Ball and charity dinners that would give our members the opportunity to attend more formal events.
