Formation Description

Taking inspiration from my friends at Liverpool and Glasgow university, I wanted to start a HatSoc here in Leeds. I aim to create a fun and sociable space for people who don’t take themselves too seriously and want to meet people similar. Although I love hats, this society is more than that. I struggled finding my people when I started here and I wish to create a society here where people can feel at home and where it doesn’t require skill such as sports. It’s a way to relax and take a break from the academic aspect of university as well as socialise!
