The UK space industry has experienced rapid growth in recent years, with companies like Skyrora achieving private rocket launches and Airbus leading projects for the European Space Agency. This momentum reflects a wider excitement about space technology, which we would love to bring to the Leeds community. We aim to create a society that connects students passionate about space technology, offering opportunities to learn, collaborate and innovate through workshops, talks, and networking events. Our goal is to help members build both their technical skills and professional networks, facilitating their career progression within the growing field oof space technology.
