Come along to pick a new statement piece, update your winter wardrobe, or make moving into your new place a bit easier by dropping off your unwanted clothes, household items and study materials. No need to register for a ticket, just come along any time between 10am - 4pm.

The event is open to members of the public, including students and staff of all sizes. We will have a selection of good-quality, second-hand clothes, household items and study materials for you to browse and take free of charge - you don’t have to bring stuff to swap for you to take for yourself!

We will also be holding a food stand, where you are welcome to donate or pick-up non-perishable food items. You are welcome to take food away with you, and any remainder will be donated to Rainbow Junktion.

Our monthly clothes haul events are aiming to tackle fast fashion, overconsumption and reduce waste as the resources for the production of new clothes, furniture and study materials.

If you intend to bring clothes to donate, please ensure they have been washed.

Clothes with significant stains/tears can be dropped off providing they have been thoroughly washed. These items will not be offered as part of the Swap Shop, but will be salvaged for textiles re-use/recycling as appropriate.

Items accepted:

All clothes and shoes except underwear, swimwear, socks/tights

Accessories such as hats/gloves/bags

Otley Run costumes

Interview / formal attire

Household items except electrical items

Study materials
