🚑 CPR & Defibrillator Training Night 25th February – Get Life-Saving Ready!

This hands-on training session with realistic mannaquins will cover the basics of CPR and defibrillator use, giving you the confidence to step in during a cardiac emergency. There will also be the opportunity towards the end of the session to learn more advanced skills, including CPR for children. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refresh your skills, this session is for you!

Make sure you pay attention during the session as there will be prizes to be won in the quiz at the end..!

On the 26th of February our committee will be attending a 12-hour CPRathon raising vital funds for the British Heart Foundation - this training session aims to prepare people for this event and we hope lots of you will join us there to practice your new CPR skills!

(If you are unable to attend on this date, an identical training session is also being held on 18th February)
