Yachting Give It A Go
Get a ticket here for a day of sailing at Scarborough on a racing yacht, either on Bruce T with Pietro and Aidan or another yacht with the (very lovely) old boys!!! Everyone is welcome! No experience needed!
Expect a nice pleasant sail for a couple of hours, whilst we explain you all about sailing - or take part in the race if you fancy! All while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the South Bay!
We will go to the Scarborough Yacht Club and race in the club weekly regatta. Everyone is welcome!! We will teach you all the basics ;)))
All you need to bring is warm clothes (waterproofs if you have), and a change of shoes cause they might get wet. We will have some sailing kit and waterproofs for everyone too :) Don't forget a packed lunch!
Please meet promptly at 7am outside Parkinson steps on campus so we can drive together to Scarborough. We will be back in Leeds in the late afternoon.
