Cross Country Welcome relays. 

Welcome new, old and future members.
We're kicking the year off with our traditional relays.
Come down to Woodhouse Moor at 13:00 on Saturday the 27th of September for a wee run followed by chips and a drink in the Library Pub afterwards.

FAQ's:
What are the relays? Teams of 4, each person runs a loop of around 800m.
Who will I be in a team with? You'll be put into a team of 4 so don't worry if you don't know anyone.
Do I have to be fast? NO! Anyone and everyone can join in, it doesn't matter how fast you are.
What should I wear? Any sports kit you like.
Do I need fancy shoes? NO! Any sort of normal running shoe will be fine. The course is predominantly on tarmac with a small bit off-road. If it is too muddy we can alter the course.
