19th Nov teaching session
Hello!!
For this teaching session, we will be joined virtually by Miao-ling and Paul ChanDelaney, mental health and social work professionals. We will be learning more about mental health, how we can manage crises in the wilderness and important de-escalation skills.
Content warnings: suicide, inappropriate sexual behaviour (in the context of acute mental illness)
We're aware that for some people, these topics can be challenging. We have a dedicated Welfare Rep - Yulan, but you're welcome to get in contact with anyone on committee if you've got any worries or questions.
Location will be confirmed closer to the time but it will be on the university campus.
Please note: you must be a member to join this teaching session.
