We welcome both beginners and experienced synchronised swimmers, you just need to be able to swim 2 lengths of front crawl and backstroke!!

During the session, beginners will start to learn the basics of synchronised swimming and then learn a short routine and experienced swimmers will start to learn the routines for the 2026/2027 season!

The GIAG will take place on Monday 28th September from 17:00-18:15 but we ask you to arrive by 16:45 to ensure that everyone is registered and ready to be in the pool when the GIAG begins.

Please bring all the normal things you would take for a swim (swimming costume, towel, locker coin etc.) however, goggles and a swimming cap are recommended. Nose clips will be provided on the day.

The GIAG is completely free but you must book a ticket as the pool has a limited capacity.
