PhilSoc Open Mic Night
That is right !! On the 17th November, we will be hosting one of our famous Open Mic Nights at Royal Park Pub 😝🕺
If you’ve never been to one of our open mic nights, there’s no time like the present. If you’ve got an area of philosophy you’re just itching to share with the world, this is your chance to host your very own 5 minute discussion followed by a cheeky Q&A. No matter how silly or whacky, we welcome all varieties of topic. Some examples of previous talks have been:
The Ethics of Pornography, Moral Luck and The Law, TikTok Trends and The Cycle of Misogyny
