GIAG: Money Matters
FirstGen Medics have created this event to share ways in which medical students can save and make money during their time at medical school.
Speakers will be current medical students who will talk about the paid roles and jobs they have undertaken as well as bursaries, research projects, and scholarships they have received. The speakers will go through the application process, what the role entails, and what it has offered them. We will also delve into the resources offered by the university, such as the Plus Programme and Hardship Fund.
This will be FirstGen Medics’ completely free first event and give it a go session for students to get an idea of what the society will be doing this year! We hope to see many of you there!
