SSAFE is back with Papyrus to offer free training to students at the LUU! Sometimes it’s hard to know what to say or do when someone is struggling,
And after the Easter break, we’re hosting SPOT suicide prevention training with @papyrus_uk to help with exactly that :)
Come along to learn how to spot the signs, approach someone safely and feel more confident in supporting others!!

What are the objectives of SPOT Training? - To understand the prevalence and impact of suicide, To recognize the ‘signs’ that may indicate someone is having thoughts of suicide, To explore the language, and the challenges, when talking openly about suicide, and To consider how we can all contribute to a suicide safer community.
