Managing Your Workload with The Language Zone
In this workshop, we will consider the impact our work/life balance has on our mental and physical wellbeing, and reflect on our current approaches to managing workload, identifying what works well and where we would like to make changes. We will then share and discuss a range of strategies to help manage workload and relieve stress.
Outcomes for the session are:
Reflect on techniques for managing workload (what has worked and what hasn’t)
Consider strategies to manage workload
Identify strategies that will be useful in own work/situation.
