Move more, feel good - YOGA
A slower paced class aimed at stretching and strengthening the body, with a focus on alignment. You'll take the time to look at how the body should be aligned in poses and offer options to modify depending on your needs. Guidance on breath control and relaxation will help to bring a sense of calm and well-being to the body and mind. Aimed particularly at those completely new to yoga.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing (no jeans) and bring a drink with you.

Move More, Feel Good aims to introduce and establish positive physical activity and wellbeing behaviour for first year undergraduate students studying at Leeds. Whilst we are particularly keen to engage first year students, students from other years are welcome to join the activities.
