Daoist Taichi Moving Meditation GIAG
Come along to a taster session in Daoist Tai Chi and learn the Art of Moving Meditation! At the end of each GIAG session, you’ll have the chance to enjoy unique Chinese teas while chatting with other students. It’s the perfect opportunity to ask questions about the society, experience authentic teas, and meet new people.
The Daoist arts of Lishi include Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Breathing, and much, much more. Many of our current and previous members can attest to the benefits of our Tai Chi classes – they help you get stronger on all levels: mentally, emotionally and physically.
