Jamnesty: Stop the Killing, Stop the Hate
Leeds University Amnesty Society would like to present Jamnesty: Stop the Killing, Stop the Hate, a charity fundraiser gig in aid of Medical Aid for Palestine, Amnesty International and Congo Children Trust. ALL OPPRESSION IS CONNECTED We run a Jamnesty every semester alongside our chosen campaign to raise funds and awareness for human rights issues around the globe. This semester we have chosen to continue our commitment to doing our part for Palestine, as well as drawing attention to the atrocities within the Congo and the impact of the conflict on its residents. Free Palestine and Free the Congo.
Doors will be opening at 7pm, with Radiator kick starting the event! Followed by Ivy Bugs and then Rookie Numbers to end it all! The nights proceedings will be hosted by comedian and actor Charlie Bingo to keep you entertained between acts. We're very committed to having local indie artists at Jamnesty and like to present a range of music styles, so come down to Belgrave for a fun night for a good cause!
These tickets are for members only - so if you don't have an Amnesty membership please head over to our Instagram page for the link to the general tickets!!
