It is that time again! It brings me joy to announce the Napsoc 2024 Summer Draft League. For those who are new or haven’t participated before, a draft league consists of each participant drafting around 12-14 Pokémon. You will have 1 battle a week (possibly more depending on number of signups). You will select 6 pokemon from your draft to battle your opponent, with the goal to create a team that helps counter the potential pokemon your opponent has.

This year the format will be a NatDex singles draft - A best of 1, 6v6 singles format with the option to use any pokemon (except for the broken ones)

We encourage everyone with interest to join! Its a great opportunity to give competitive pokemon a try or show off your skill. There is a range of abilities and experience that takes part so it doesn’t matter if you don’t know your Charmanders from your Pikachu’s or if you're a showdown addict please join!! The more experienced members of the society are more than happy to help you and answer any questions about joining or teambuilding :D

However, please only sign up if you can commit to the teambuilding and battles throughout, as mid-draft dropouts can be a headache to get sorted! We aim for the draft to be completed in approximately 8-10 weeks.

As we have done for the past drafts, this will be a charity draft, with the winner deciding which charity the money will go to! Tickets to enter are £5, plus we have the option to donate more on our products list if you feel like contributing more!
