Muay Thai GIAG 1st October
Join us for an hour of introductory Muay Thai led by professional coaches! Learn the core techniques of the combat sport also known as ‘The Art Of The Eight Limbs’ through various drills, pad work and exercises.
No previous experience is needed. Please bring boxing gloves if you have them, but they can be provided. Bring water with you and wear sports/non-restrictive clothing.
Where to find us? Enter The Edge gym on campus and access sports hall 1b through the main reception on the ground floor. Ask reception for help if you're lost!
When? The session will run from 7pm to 8pm.
