Today we will focus on the new rights for students under the Renters’ Rights Act.

Unipol Tenancy Support Team – Toria is going to talk about #happyliving they will provide support and guidance on how to live comfortably within student accommodation between 1-3pm. This will involve having health relationships with flatmates, dealing will fall outs, noise and cleaning.

National Code Team- Jess from the National Code will be here to talk about how the new Renters’ Rights Act will affect students living in student halls between 11:00am- 12:30.
