This is an opportunity to share your personal experiences of mental health support with professionals, in order to help improve services in the future! Join us to discuss what works, what doesn't and what is missing from our mental health services.

All answers are anonymised, and conversations will feed into an upcoming report. This report will make recommendations for changes in care, to prevent deaths by suicide.
