Robot Fighting League
The Robot Fighting League (RFL) is an exciting engineering competition where teams of up to five participants showcase their robot-building skills in a live combat arena.
Each team designs and builds their own 5.4 kg (hobbyweight) combat robot, equipped with a variety of weapons, mechanisms, and tools. The goal is to create a powerful, agile machine capable of defeating its opponents in intense head-to-head battles.
The event will take place on 26th March from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pyramid Theatre, Leeds University Union. Throughout the competition, teams will face off in a series of elimination rounds, with the winners advancing until the final match where the last robot standing will be crowned the ultimate champion.
Spectators are invited to come along and cheer on the teams as they compete in this thrilling display of creativity, engineering, and destruction.
Refreshments will be available during the event.
