Welcome to the LUUAC Give-It-A-Go Event Page!!! 

We will be offering two Give-It-A-Go opportunities again this year due to the amazing turnout we received last year. This is to make sure we can provide the best experience for everyone, new and old. Therefore, we'll be limiting each session to a maximum of 60 people. 

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive society. If you've been running your entire life or you've never even tried running before we welcome all abilities and cater to them. This is the club for you. We offer weekly socials, up to 5 training sessions a week as well as experienced coaches to aid you in your development both on the track and in S&C sessions.

If any of this interests you, we highly recommend trying Athletics out at our Give-It-A-Go sessions.  

Make sure to bring warm clothes, a water bottle and running spikes if you have them (not essential though!)

We'll be meeting at Parkinson Steps at 6:15 pm, and transport to and from the track is provided with the ticket. We'll then split the group into those interested in short distance and those interested in middle distance. From there, with the help of our incredible coaches, we'll do a typical track session. This will give you an idea about what we're all about. 

Afterward, we'll make sure you get back safe & sound to Parkinson's Steps.
