Ever wanted to try Muay Thai? Now’s your chance!

Join the University of Leeds Muay Thai Society for our FREE Give It A Go session. We’ll introduce you to the art of 8 limbs – punches, kicks, elbows, and knees – in a friendly and welcoming environment.

🔹 What to expect:

A fun warm-up

Basic techniques and pad work

An introduction to Muay Thai culture and training

A chance to meet our committee and members

No experience needed – whether you’re a total beginner or just curious to try something new, this session is perfect for you. Just bring comfortable sports clothes, water, and lots of energy!
