Move more, feel good - MOOD Workshop
This workshop concerns everything that surrounds mental wellbeing. It will focus on the importance of looking after our wellbeing at all times, not only when problems have arisen. We'll discuss how we can maintain a positive state of wellbeing, and how to recognise the impact and solutions to stress. We'll also outline the various support available to you at Leeds. You'll also be given a complementary booklet to remind you of everything you've learnt and with extra tips and information included, so you can access this at any time you need in the future.

Move More, Feel Good aims to introduce and establish positive physical activity and wellbeing behaviour for first year undergraduate students studying at Leeds. Whilst we are particularly keen to engage first year students, students from other years are welcome to join the activities.
