Welcome back and Happy New Year!

If you missed the opportunity to join us last term, want to work on your new years resolutions and get fit, or just want to join a great group of people for chill activities, exclusive events and amazing socials then this is the society for you!

We will be offering another Give-It-A-Go opportunity in January 2025 due to the amazing turnout we received last year. Make sure to bring all your friends along too!

We are a really inclusive society. If you've been running your entire life or you've never even tried running before we welcome all abilities and cater to them. We offer weekly socials, up to 5 training sessions a week as well as experienced coaches to aid you in your development both on the track and in S&C sessions.

If any of this interests you we highly recommend trying one of our sessions at our Give-It-A-Go sessions.  

Make sure to bring warm clothes, a water bottle and running spikes if you have them (not essential though!)

We'll be meeting at Parkinson Steps at 6:15pm and transport to and from track is provided with the ticket. We'll then split the group into those interested in sprints and those interested in distance. From there, with the help of our incredible coaches, we'll do a typical track session. This will give you an idea about what we're all about. 

Afterward, we'll make sure you get back safe & sound to Parkinson's Steps.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 

We have limited the number of tickets available for each date. If you're unable to purchase the desired ticket you want, please check the come along to a normal session on a Tuesday or Thursday.
