Trip to Chatsworth House! (29th April)
On the 29th of April, English society will be visiting Chatsworth House in Derbyshire for the day! This beautiful estate is full of history with Elizabethan art and grand libraries to explore. For only £15 per person, this trip is a fantastic opportunity to delve into the countryside and enjoy the ruch culture and history of Chatsworth. The estate was also the filming location for Pride and Prejudice, so Austen lovers will not want to give it a miss!
Itinerary of the day:
8.30am the group will meet by the Parkinson steps.
9am the coach will leave for Chatsworth.
Approximately 10.30-11am we will arrive at Chatsworth and the group will be able to explore the grounds.
Around midday, the group will meet together for entry to Chatsworth's main house for a tour of the beautiful building.
After, the group will be able to enjoy lunch in the cafes, or picnic with their own food.
The rest of the afternoon will provide opportunity for the group to explore the gardens and grounds, with beautiful walks around the lake.
The group will meet together at 4.30pm and the coach will pick us up at 5pm.
We will arrive back in Leeds, at the Parkinson steps at approximately 6.30pm-7pm depending on traffic.
