Ever wanted to try lacrosse? 🥍 Come along to our Beginner Lacrosse Give It a Go session and give it a try!

No experience needed – this is a fun, casual and welcoming session for complete beginners (and anyone curious to get involved). Our friendly coaches and players will run you through the basics, so all you need to do is turn up and have a go.

We’ll provide all the equipment – just wear sports kit and trainers/astro boots. Bring a water bottle and lots of enthusiasm.
