LeedsHack 2025 x Rewriting the Code Workshop
We are excited to announce our partnership with Rewriting the Code, the world’s largest, free, peer-to-peer network of students and early career women in tech. With over 30,000 members, leading industry partners, and exclusive opportunities, being part of the RTC network will be a powerful tool in your career.
For our first collaborative event, RTC are coming to the Sir William Henry Bragg building to host a workshop on ‘How to secure a role in tech’. This will be open to all students identifying as female or non-binary at the University of Leeds, and will cover technical and non-technical interviews, assessments, CVs, networking, and more. There will also be free food! It will be held in GR.25 in Bragg from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday 4th February.
If you’re coming to LeedsHack, this will be the perfect opportunity to prepare yourself to make the most of networking and get confident talking to sponsors, therefore we strongly encourage you to attend if you identify as female or non-binary. Even if you’re not coming to LeedsHack, it will be great preparation for any internship or job applications, as well as a chance to find out more about what the RTC network can offer you.
