Welcome to our GIAG 2024!!

LUU Jiu Jitsu Club is a friendly, welcoming martial arts club. Beginners are welcome at any time, and this session is free!

We teach self defense – focusing on throwing, striking and locking in a safe environment. We practice multiple different scenarios in our sessions and allow our members to learn at a pace that suits them. Jiu Jitsu is also excellent for fitness, coordination and flexibility.

There is no need to book in advance and feel free to bring friends! Come wearing comfy loose fitting clothes and bring lots of water. Arrive for 20:15 so we can start on time!
