Brought to you by Danielle who is a qualified transformational life coach and meditation teacher. This workshop will help you to relax and de-stress from the hubub of moving to Leeds and beginning your journey as a student, so that you can go into the new term feeling calm and confident.
The workshop will cover how to:
• Reduce the pressure and expectation you might feel
• Prioritise and reduce procrastination so you are focused and not overwhelmed
• Build your self belief and confidence
• Learn tools including meditation and breathwork to reduce stress and anxiety
This will help you to:
• Be more productive
• Feel calmer and healthier both mentally and physically
• Realise your strengths and capabilities
• Create a support toolkit to help you through exams, assignments and beyond.
