What do I need❓ astro studs (trainers are ok for the first session) and clothes for running around
Why should I come❓ We have three teams catering to all abilities. Whether you've played since you were 5 or have never picked up a ball we have something for you! Rugby gives you the opportunity to stay active and forge amazing friendships both at training and at socials! Our give it a go is free and we do not hold trails
