Hi! It's finally time for our annual pub quiz on Monday 18th November! Join us for an evening of quizzing fun and good energy, all while fundraising for Leeds based charity PAFRAS. From geography to music, there'll be questions to cater to everyone's strengths! 

Who are PAFRAS?

Standing for Positive Action For Refugees & Asylum Seekers, PAFRAS provide vital support to the Leeds community. Aiming to end destitution, increase access to social justice and advocate for the rights of refugees and people seeking asylum in Leeds. PAFRAS actively resist the hostile environment and dangerous rhetoric created by recent governments against refugees and asylum seekers. Striving for systemic change, all while ensuring that the voices of people they support are heard and at the heart of everything they do. 

In addition to donations and tickets, we will also be running a food drive to support PAFRAS and the incredible help they provide to refugees and asylum seekers in Leeds. Bring along (if you can!) any long life goods, ie tinned foods such as lentils, tuna, chickpeas, etc, as well as toiletries, especially sanitary and period products! These donations go towards PAFRAS’ food parcels as many asylum seekers are unable to access mainstream food banks due to restrictions on their legal status and no recourse to public funds. 

No matter if you come alone or in a team already we will ensure you feel comfortable and ready to compete!
