Move more, feel good - STEP
Step is a high intensity bodyweight workout which aims to improve your cardiovascular fitness and coordination in a rhythmic style. Come and have fun dancing around a step and try out some new moves. This class is aimed at beginners to try something new so come join us and get moving.
This activity session is linked with our Mood workshop that is running on the 13th November 2-3:15pm. Sign up and come along and learn about the importance of mental wellbeing and how we can improve it.
Please speak to The Edge reception and they will direct you to studio 2 where the class will take place.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing (no jeans) and bring a drink with you.
If you are no longer able to attend this class please email movemorefeelgood@leeds.ac.uk to cancel your ticket and allow the opportunity for others to attend.
Move More, Feel Good aims to introduce and establish positive physical activity and wellbeing behaviour for first year undergraduate students studying at Leeds. Whilst we are particularly keen to engage first year students, students from other years are welcome to join the activities.
