"The Academic Rep puts the Phil in PhilSoc! My day-to-day role is to get in touch with academics and discuss ideas for our cheese and wine nights to help make sure they are as brilliant as they can be! I have loved every second of my time as Academic Rep and have learnt so many valuable skills. As Academic Rep you also have the opportunity to network with academic within the faculty and in the wider world of philosophy.
In short, this is the best role in the society and you should all apply! I have absolutely loved my role this year and I know whoever is elected will too!"
