Main Responsibilities:

Summer preparation

• Summer is a really important time for PR Sec, you must ensure that you pre-plan regular posts to encourage freshers to join cheer as well as creating posters and leaflets to be distributed throughout fresher’s week 
• Promo video

Social Media

• You will oversee the design of the Facebook page and the events created for freshers and showcase 
• During the academic year you are responsible for the social media accounts making sure that you post at least twice a week on Instagram as well as ensuring that you represent all the teams equally 
• You will also regularly document the competitions and events through story highlights on Instagram, videos (if you want) and be in charge of uploading the competition video at the end of the year 
• You will be responsible for making sure to mention our sponsors and collaborate with charities 
• Celic of the month, stars of the week and best dressed

End of Year video

• It is your job to make the end of year video, collecting the videos and pictures as well as editing it together 

PR secretary needs to be organised and creative. Be prepared to have no phone storage and be on the Celtics social media accounts more than your own! If you have a flair for social media or picture/video editing or just want to be more involved with Celtics, PR secretary is an incredible committee role that you should definitely consider going for!
