The Secretary should:

- maintain membership records of the Club Members;

- ensure players at UKU events have UKU membership and are rostered with the team

- maintain a written record of all meetings;

- maintain an up-to-date copy of the Club constitution;

- maintain the club calendar;

- enter teams into tournaments at the request of the Captains

- organise transport and accommodation for matches and tournaments at the request of the Captains

- book external training venues at the request of the Captains
