The Welfare Officer should:
- act as the first point of contact for Members with concerns about welfare, discrimination, poor practice or abuse
- report welfare incidents to LUU when appropriate
- work with all members of the committee to enshrine principles of equality, diversity and inclusion within all aspects of the Club, as well as safeguarding
- undertake welfare training through LUU
- look into opportunities for fundraising and charity opportunities within LUU and externally
