The Men's 2nd Team Captain should:
- captain the 2nd outdoor BUCS team, including managing the necessary admin (e.g. registering, rostering, arranging fixtures, submitting scores);
- support the other Captains to deliver training sessions to the club;
- request transport and accommodation bookings from the Secretary with sufficient details and notice;
NOTE – If unelected at the AGM, this position may be elected in Semester 1 after the 1st team is selected
The Captains collectively should:
1. Decide on overall training and coaching structure
2. Decide on on-pitch concepts (e.g. structures) to be played
3. Work together to deliver quality coaching to players of all abilities
4. Provide feedback to players
5. Support players to find development and playing opportunities outside of Leeds University Ultimate – e.g. local club teams, GB programme etc
