The Development Captains (2) should:
- be responsible for the coaching of new players (e.g. taster sessions, Pod 3);
- support the other Captains to deliver training sessions to the club
- assist with team selections when asked by the 1st team Captains
The Captains collectively should:
1. Decide on overall training and coaching structure
2. Decide on on-pitch concepts (e.g. structures) to be played
3. Work together to deliver quality coaching to players of all abilities
4. Provide feedback to players
5. Support players to find development and playing opportunities outside of Leeds University Ultimate – e.g. local club teams, GB programme etc
