Hi, Everyone; my name is Jacob.
As the current Treasurer of the Kickboxing and Krav Maga Society, I have first-hand experience managing the challenges martial arts societies face and ensuring their voices are heard.
Martial arts is more than just a sport—it is a space that fosters inclusion, diversity, and personal growth. These societies unite people, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. I believe it is essential to strengthen this community by ensuring all societies have the resources, funding, and opportunities needed to thrive.

If elected as Martial Arts Rep next year, I aim to work closely with committees to foster greater representation for martial arts within the union. I will advocate for more transparent communication between societies and the Activities Executive, ensuring that voices are heard and that we continue to build a more collaborative, inclusive and vibrant martial arts community.
