Hi everyone,

I’m Hana, and I’m running for Treasurer of Aviation society. I’ve always been passionate about aviation and I’m excited to have the opportunity to take on a role in the society.

I’m good with numbers and have excellent organisational skills, with experience in handling budgets and tracking finances. An example of this was when I was managing the budget for an engineering project: construction of a new school within a company called Ramboll.

My main goals as treasurer will include:
- Keeping our finances organised and simple
- Help plan a well-rounded budget to include aviation events and fun trips
- Clear communication of savings and spendings

If I’m elected i’ll make sure our money is managed responsibly and transparently. I’d really appreciate your support in keeping AvSoc on budget!

Hi! My name is Nick and I'm returning from a placement year with Airbus. I have a love for aviation and am an aspiring pilot.

As your treasurer I will use my organisation skills to make sure that AvSoc has the funds it needs to provide YOU with the best experience. Responsible management of the accounts means more activities, more guest speakers, and most importantly more FLYING.

I have worked at LUU as a Fruity supervisor for two years and as a result I am familiar with faces inside the cash office. I am sure that this will translate to a positive relationship with the union that ensures we receive the funds we need to support our community.

P.S. My favourite aircraft is the Boeing 777.
