- The Competition Secretary should be the primary contact point of the Activity Group for all issues.
- The Competition Secretary should be responsible for organising competition entry for members.
- The Competition Secretary should organise transportation to and from competition venues.
- In the event of fewer than two core committee members being able to attend a practice session or competition, the Competition Secretary shall be responsible for ensuring the safe running of such a session.
