- The Traditional Secretary shall be the primary contact point for all issues and advice related to traditional styles of archery (e.g. longbow, flatbow, horsebow)
- The Traditional Secretary shall be responsible for organising any specialist coaching for traditional styles of archery
- In the event of fewer than two core committee members being able to attend a practice session or competition, the Traditional Secretary shall be responsible for ensuring the safe running of such a session
