The Griffins Treasurer is chiefly responsible for society expenditure and pricings for memberships as well as managing expenses.

- Responsible for filing grant applications and overseeing payment to external providers,

- Accepting, rejecting, and filing expense claims,

- Is required to produce a report on society expenditure at the end of the year.

Treasurer should consider society activities from a fiscal perspective, making sure the society does not spend unnecessary money while being able to provide adequate opportunities for members to meet and share experiences. Treasurer serves as a consultant and overseeing role and should participate in all major planning activities, offering input on planning stages such as ticketing. Treasurer should not be solely responsible for any financial matters and must communicate and consult committee members as well as be consulted on all major decisions.

Activities that the Treasurer should expect to participate in:

- Planning large social events which require major expenditure, ie tournaments requiring travel

- Organising pricing and availability of products such as kit, memberships, and letting members know things that need to be paid for, such as QUK membership or player registration fees.

The elected Treasurer will receive training and support from the LUU as well as be able to consult the previous position holder's handover document detailing further role guidance.
