MSRC AGM 2026/27

Organise weekly committee meetings, take minutes, and track attendance.
Manage the MSRC general email account, responding to queries and ensuring timely communication.
Handle all documentation for MSRC events, including LUU food approval forms, risk assessments, and room bookings.
Regularly update MSRC website with upcoming events and monthly minute summaries
Over the summer, responsible for completing MSRC compliance documents and ensuring all necessary files are organised in the MSRC drive.
Creating relevant certificates for the society
Organise one MSRC Committee Social during the year
This is a signatory and executive position.
Eligibility: Must have served on the MSRC committee for at least one year.
Commitments:
1. Attend regular executive meetings alongside weekly committee meetings.
