Hi everyone!

My name is Justin and I am a international student from Hong Kong, currently studying medicine in year 2! I am incredibly excited to take up the role of International Rep!

As someone who has been living in another country for most of my life, I can imagine how difficult it is of being away from home and family, and how hard it can be, to adapt to a new environment and culture. Despite being away from familiarity, I have managed to settle in and form great relationships with people from all backgrounds!

I am here to make international students feel invited and welcome in medical school! I would really appreciate it if I could have your vote!! Feel free to contact me if you have any concerns at all!

I’m running for International Rep because I'd like to make medical school feel a bit less overwhelming and a lot more inclusive for international students. Being one myself, I understand how isolating and confusing things can be most of the time, whether that’s settling in, navigating placements, or just feeling like you belong.
