Hi friends!

I have gained so much valuable knowledge through PALS sessions over my clinical years and I would love the chance to give back to my student community!

I have a passion for sharing the the things I have learnt along the way and making this long journey through med school a bit easier for those who come after me if I can :)

As one of the 4th year Co-Leads I would like to encourage an environment of collaboration, rather than competition among students so that we can all reach our highest potential to be the best doctors we can be.

Hi Members of PALS!

With a deep passion for teaching and a commitment to enhancing the educational experience for our peers, I believe I am well-suited for this role.

Having completed an intercalated BSc in Medical Education at Barts and the London, I bring a wealth of knowledge and innovative teaching strategies to the table. This program has equipped me with a robust understanding of educational theories and experience in effective teaching. These skills are pivotal in creating engaging and impactful teaching sessions tailored to getting the most of year 4 teaching. In particular I believe my experience in clinical OSCE teaching at Barts can help prepare students for the challenging OSCE in year 4 which require effective communication and counselling.

Additionally I have presented educational research at national conference level (ASME) and I hope to aid those within the society in medical education research endeavours!

As a 4th year Co-Lead, I aim to foster an environment encouraging peer feedback and continuous improvement.

Hi! I would love to be a part of the PALS committee. Having attended lots of PALS session over the years and being involved in teaching sessions/tutoring has highlighted how important PALS is towards student learning and revision, and I feel it would be really fulfilling to be a part of this next year. I am looking forward to contributing and working alongside other students to help give back to the student community :)
