Hey, my name is Eva and I would love to be next years wellbeing officer! I have been kickboxing for 8 years and joined the Uni kickboxing society this year which I have loved. I want to help make the society as welcoming and friendly as I have found it this year and would love to have a bigger role as part of the society! I am a kind and friendly person and I think this role could be perfect for me!

I joined kickboxing 2 years ago without knowing anyone else in the society so I know how daunting joining a new society alone can be! However, kickboxing has given me so many opportunities and experiences and I have met some of my closest friends here - I want to make sure everyone who joins the society gets to experience this which is why I am applying for wellbeing officer!
I have been on committee for 1 year as social secretary and loved it so I’m confident I’m well equipped for the role - I want to continue giving back to this amazing society and getting to know all of the lovely members, both old and new.
If elected, I’d be committed to ways of helping members improve their wellbeing, both physically and mentally and being a friendly face for any newcomers/anyone who doesn’t have a training partner!
