The Wellbeing Officer is responsible for supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of all members within the Kickboxing Society. This role requires someone who is approachable, compassionate, and dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include being a point of contact for members seeking support, promoting mental health awareness, signposting members to appropriate resources, and working closely with the committee to ensure the welfare of all participants is considered during training sessions, socials, and events. The Wellbeing Officer should foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, encourage open communication, and help maintain a safe and respectful space for all members.
