The President and Secretaries will be the most frequent committee to submit expense claims, and the Treasurer should be the one who approves these claims. They should work with the rest of the committee to set sensible ticket prices for events to ensure each year is a net positive for our account. As per union rules, the Treasurer must present a Statement of Account during the next AGM. This includes: how much we have spent and what it was spent on, how much were earned and how we earned it, and the final balance of the main account.
